Pemberton Associates provides services to children ages birth to 21 years of age. Our Therapists have extensive knowledge in providing these services for over 30 years.
We Provide Early Intervention Services ages birth to 3 years old. This includes Core Evaluations, Supplemental Evaluations, Treatment, as well as, Service Coordination.
Preschool Therapy Services are provided to Children ages 3 to 5 years old. This may be done either as Direct Service or as a Consultant Service.
Our School Based Therapists provide services to children ages 5 to 21 years old. We have provided this service to many School Districts for the past 33 years.
Additionally we provide, Sensory Assessments, a Therapeutic Listening Program, a Home Based Service Delivery, Equipment Justifications, as well as, Aquatic Therapy.
Physical Therapy involves evaluation and treatment of postural stability, reflex integration, neuromuscular functioning, balance, equilibrium skills, gross motor skills and general mobility skills.
Occupational Therapy involves evaluation and treatment of fine motor skills, AOL's (Activities of Daily Living), visual perceptual abilities, cognitive and sensory-motor integration. Sensory-motor integration is the ability to organize sensory information so the student may better interact with his environment.
Speech Therapy involves assessment and treatment of children demonstrating speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, hearing and swallowing disorders.
School Psychology involves working within the educational system to help children with emotional, social and academic issues. The goal of school psychology is to collaborate with parents, teachers and students to promote a healthy learning environment that focuses on the needs of children.

We strive to educate parents, teachers and child about the child's abilities and special needs. It is also important that we are the liaison between the medical profession, caregivers, teachers, and the child so that his or her needs are met.
Our Main Objective is to Promote the Normal Developmental Sequences, thereby assisting the Child to be more Successful in his or her Educational Program. Our Pediatric Specialists have Advanced Training in many areas.
Some of these areas include Sensory Integration by Certified Occupational and Physical Therapists. Therapeutic Listening, Brain Gym, Neuro Developmental Treatment (NDT), Myofascial Release, Remediation of Swallowing Disorders, Oral Motor Stimulation Techniques and Behavioral Approaches are also a part of our Teams Advanced Training.
